no i gonna make models but i need stuff like backgrounds and more. i will make the game but need help
if you need help pay somebody to help you, and what exactly do you need? have you even taken a course on cgi?

You should give more information than that.
How will an animator know that this project will be finished? How will they know that by participating in this project will not waste their time and efforts?
You should at least state what you want, and how much work needs to be done.
You should also upload some of your own projects so animators would know that you are capable of making a game. Even little demos would encourage people to work with you.
Do you have any way to compensate the animator? If you can't pay them, then do you have anything else to offer?
If you can't pay them and they still want to help you, then remember that they should be working WITH you and not FOR you. Animation and game development is hard work and since this is your project, you should be pulling more weight in making this if you aren't paying anyone.
